  • Prosperous communities II: vive la dévolution!, published in February 2007, sets out the LGA's evidence base for the need for devolution of powers to local councils and some concrete proposals for making it happen. The economic analysis in the document, including detailed maps of economically self-sufficient local areas, was undertaken by PACEC.
